Encrypted Data Storage

All personal data — including payment references from UPI, Paytm and PhonePe — is stored using AES-256 encryption at rest. No plain-text financial data is retained on our servers beyond the transaction verification window.

Cookie Controls

We use essential cookies to keep your session active and analytics cookies to understand page performance. You can manage or withdraw cookie consent at any time through the cookie preference panel in your account settings.

Account Access Logs

Every login, password change and payment method update is logged against your account with a timestamp and device fingerprint. You can view recent account activity from the security tab and flag anything that looks unfamiliar.

Data Retention Limits

We keep your account data for as long as your account remains active plus the legally required retention window. Once that period passes, personal identifiers are removed from our systems and only anonymised transaction records are kept.

Right to Access and Correction

You have the right to request a full copy of the personal data we hold on your account, and to ask for corrections if any detail is inaccurate. Submit a request via the Privacy section of account settings and we will respond within 30 days.

Account Closure Process

If you decide to close your account, any outstanding balance is returned via your original payment method — UPI, Paytm or PhonePe — before the account is deactivated. Closure requests are processed within 5 working days of confirmation.

Your account is governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Access to sattmatt is available only where local law permits. In case of any dispute, the applicable law is that of your region unless a specific agreement states otherwise.

We collect registration data (name, email, phone), transaction references tied to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe payments, session logs and device identifiers. This data is used strictly for account verification, fraud prevention and improving platform security — never sold to third parties.

Log into your account and navigate to Settings, then Privacy, and submit a data access request. Alternatively, email our legal team with your account ID. We will compile and deliver your data within 30 days of receiving a verified request.

Yes. You may request deletion of personal data by submitting a written request via account settings or email. We will remove personal identifiers once the legally required retention window has passed and confirm deletion to your registered email address.

We email a summary of any material changes to your registered address at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Continuing to use your account after that date counts as acceptance of the updated terms. You may close your account beforehand if you disagree.

Transaction references from UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are encrypted using AES-256 at rest and are accessible only to our compliance and fraud-prevention teams. No full payment credentials are stored on our servers after a transaction completes.

Any remaining balance is refunded to your original deposit method — UPI, Paytm or PhonePe — before the account is deactivated. The process takes up to 5 working days after your closure request is confirmed by our support team.
